Direct all calls to Music On Hold

I have a customer who wants to divert all calls directed to an attendant console pilot to divert to a Music On Hold audio service in CallManager 4.1. Thay have uploaded a file with a holiday greeting and thi needs to be played to all incoming calls.

You would need to send them to a pilot point with broadcast and queuing.

That's the only method for someone to call and go to MOH directly.

As an alternative, if they have Unity - they could have all incoming calls go to a call handler, play the holiday greeting as the CH greeting and then in the after greeting action be transferred to the AC.
