Direct inward dial setup

Hello,

We're setting up an extension that needs direct inward dial, but it doesn't seem to be working.  Is this enabled in the call manager or is it something that needs to be set up with our phone company?

Thanks.

If you have a DID from your Telco and want it to map 1:1 on a phone or for a specific user, 2 simple options -
1. Assign the 10/11 digit DID as an extension on the phone.
2. If the users have "n" digits as their extensions, you can use a TP to translate the DID to the "n" extension. Ensure your CSS/Partition are in place correctly.
