Both executive administrative assistants have 9971 handsets. Someone will call in on the CEO's private line and one of the admin assists will answer. After confirming the call, they will perform a direct call park and then the CEO can pick it up in his office. Previously, everything worked correctly. However, recently, something has changed. Now, the direct call park will still work, but a message flashes up on the admin assists' phones that says "Feature Is Unavailable". We rebooted all the CUCM servers, but that didn't resolve the issue. The only change that I can think of recently is that we did upload the latest firmware for the 9971 to our CM appliances to resolve another issue. I can't say for sure if that's when the issue started or not. Does anyone have any suggestions?
