Hi,
I have a 9.1.2 deployment and have deployed CIPC. On the CIPC when I hit the Directories button I get the list just fine:
1. Missed Calls
2. Received Calls
3. Placed Calls ...
and so on. But if I select anything I get no numbers but instead the message "Select Service".
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Joey

Hi Joey,
Which version of CIPC is being used and what is the OS of the PC? Can you try the TFTP connectivity check with the Publisher as mentioned in the following post

We have redundant TFTP servers. One of them was incorrectly configured on all CIPCs (wrong IP address). Correcting this made the problem go away.
Thanks,
Joey
