Directories

Using ccm 7.0.

I want to be able to do a directory search for another cluster.

Scenario.

When a user presses the directories button I want them to see in the list

4 corporate Dir A

5 corporate Dir B

as well as missed received and placed etc.

I just want to replace the xmldirectory.asp file on the cucm server, but as it is a linux based system

and having read previous posts I am under the impression that you cannot replace this file.

The alternative seems to be, to point to an external web service by using the enterprise parameters on the cucm cluster. Is this right?

if so this is disappointing as you need to rely on an external server being available.

that is correct, you don't have access to the tomcat files where the script is located. a separate server is necessary

Alternatively, you can add services link and reference the URL to the Corporate directory there. The URL of the Corporate directory can be found on the Enterprise Parameter page.
