Hi,

when i press on button directory on phone 7821 it appears xml error why?

It seems you are hitting bug# CSCuq82601 ,XML Parse Error Issue on both Corporate and Personal Directory on 78XX. What is the firmware of 7821 phone ?  In case it is lower than 10-2-1-12SR1-4 version then can you upgrade ?

i use version rootfs78xx.10-1-1SR1-4 but the other phones {7911 , 7942}can't appears the directory

XML Parse Error Issue on both Corporate and Personal Directory on 78XX

Symptom:
7821/78XX Ip Phones ,sip78xx.10-1-1SR1-4,sip78xx.10-1-1-9

Conditions:
XML Parse Error Issue while accessing Corporate Directory, Personal Directory and Extension Mobility.
Working Phone: rwfs1 (/mnt/flash) AND ubi2:rwfs2 (/mnt/flash2) : have no memory leakage
Problematic Phone : rwfs1 (/mnt/flash) has memory problem and var/volatile goes 100 %.

Workaround:
Resetting the Phone fixes the issue temporarily.
Upgrading to sip78XX.10-2-1ES1 resolves the issue permanently.
We have an official firmware release on the Cisco Website which has a permanent fix, cmterm-78xx.10-2-1-12SR1-4.cop.sgn.
