Directory Lookup

I am using cm version 7 with AD integration.

Is there a way for a user to search the corporate directory on more than just FN, LN and Number,alot of users want department or groups etc

also is there a way to perform name lookups on inboud calls?

To customized the directory lookup, you'll have to build your own XML and host it on a HTTP server.  Then you go to CUCM > System > Enterprise Parameter.  Change "URL Driectory" to point to your XML.
