Where is this field in the BAT tool so I can link up these users in Unity Connection?
Directory Number Associations
Thanks!

Not sure if I understand your question correctly, but I think the only way to go about this is to import your users via axl, then you could update them via the CSV file if needed, Since Unity Connection will not be able to recognize users as axl integrated if imported via a CSV file. If you import users through the AXL integration, the CCMID field should be populated in the CUC database showing the association with CUCM Also your CCMID field populated in the CUC database is coming from the association from the CUCM "PKID" field which is the primary key in the enduser table for CUCM database.
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Ted.

I have not configured unity just yet. I wanted to populate this field using the BAT tool for uploading users for CUCM.

In that case you could trying using this BAT option --> BAT -> Users -> Line Appearance optiont to aassociate extension to the users,

I could be mistaken but this option looks like it is only ment to export.

Yes indeed, this is only an export from CUCM, you could import the file you export from CUCM into LDAP and or directly have the users imported in Unity connection from the CUCM cluster where you exported the file from..
In unity connection, navigate to Users -> import users, then you have the option to either select the CUCM integrated with CUC and or from an LDAP server. Thats truly the only way I could think of to import users into Unity Connection., When you select the CUCM integrated with CUC, from the drop down menu "Find End Users In" field, you have the option to select exact extension from the drop down menu "Where" then extension and then find, for a group of users, you may need to use the "Import With", Based on Template, assuming you have already created a user template based on the Exchange or a message store.

I had a chance to test out different options. For a new build when using the BAT tool to import users and phones. The primary extension needs to include the Route Partition along with the extension. "5557777 in Internal" So looks like it was an error on my part.
When that option is populated, unity is able to import the users.
