I have cm 7 integrated with my AD server. currently the directory search options are pretty limited.
users want to be able to search on department etc and be able to see all numbers stored in AD like home phone, business phone and mobile. I would also like an ip phone to display the callers name and department when they dial in from a number thats stored in AD
Has anyoone implemented some thing like this, is a third part required?

You need to write down a customized directory script to add all that.
You'll also need to host it somewhere else and create it as a phone service in CUCM.
