I am running Unity 8.6 and CallManager 8.6 as well as an IPCC server and Attendant Console. My company has about 400 people in it.
They have recently approached me to switch from last name searching in the directories to first name. (joy)
The call handlers in Unity are easy and really only require them to re-record the search instrctions.
My concern are the calls that have not yet hit the Unity server. Do all entries go off of the NAME DIALING field in CallManagers USER section? Do I have to flip all those entries? And the prompt to dial the name is computer generated. Where do I set that propt to say first name?
