Directory service not working /7942&7962 / CUCM 9.1.2.12901-3

Hello All,

We have a cluster with version 9.1.2.12901-3 and we have around 200 7942 and 7962 phones recently we started noticing that when our phones accessing Directory services we get an error message "Select services" phones are with the firmware SCCP42.9-3-1SR2-1S we tried to upgrade this firmware to SCCP42.9-4-2-1S but no luck.

Requesting your suggestion and help to troubleshoot this issue.

The simple solution in our situation was to restart the tomcat services. All address book services are working again on the 7942.
