Disable IPT MESSAGE button in CUCM?

If you mean the MWI, there is no way to disable it in CUCM.
The Voice Mail Pilot menu seems to have what I want.
If you are referring to no action should be performed when users press the Message key on the IP phone. then you can create a voice mail profile without any voice mail pilot and assigned it to its phone DN. Otherwise, call manager tend to use the default voice mail profile and route the call to default unity connection greetings.
