Hi All,
Currently CUCM 10.5 is running in Esxi 4.1. Is it mandate to disable the LRO ( Because of the Esxi version ) or we can keep it ON.
We are experiencing the SDL out of service between the nodes where all the nodes residing in same subnet & Esxi.

Regards to LRO, its not mandatory to turn off if the CUCM version is 8.6 and later:

From RTMT monitor the performace or open a TAC case, they will VM performance logs etc. to check whats the issue. If its same subnet, it may be VM hitting CPU spikes due to a process.
Also check NTP status and stratum, I had a issue in the past with NTP causing the VM to go into high CPU and generate the same alert, which was resolved by changing to a NTP with better stratum following TAC's recommendation.

Hi Terry ,
Thanks for your response. While we checked the event history , SDL OOS error occurred in same time in Publisher and subscriber.
While checking the CPU utilization it's quite normal only.
Thanks in Advance...

Normally this alarm is generated due to the network issues over the WAN. Since you have both servers on LAN and they are losing connectivity to each other, either you have a network layer issue (loose cable/spanning tree loops etc.) check logs on the network devices, this is going to be less likely.
The second scenario is VM performance\service crsahing etc and is more likely. Check the things mentioned above plus RTMT Event viewer logs + check for any core files (utils core active list) + performance of the VM from the host.
Easy way is to open a TAC case and have TAC look at logs and determine the root cause and suggest a resolution.
