Disable single number reach when extension mobility profile is logged out

Is it possible to configure single number reach to not be available when a extension mobility profile is not logged on?

We had hoped to use the Forward Unregistered feature on the phone line of the extension mobility profile for users that are not present and do not wish to receive calls on their mobile phones, but of course it doesn't work that way and the single number reach destination profile counts as a line that's up.

Is there another way to achieve this?

Tell them to disable SNR manually prior to logout, and then enable SNR when they login

You could also write your own XML SDK phone service to substitute the login/logout URL native to CUCM. By taking control of the actual EM login/logout via the EM API you could coordinate other API calls along side it, such as an AXL call to toggle off SNR for that user. Cisco DevNet would have documentation on all of the APIs but if you’re not comfortable (or have the time) developing your own solution, it may make sense to engage a Cisco partner who writes custom integrations as part of their core competency.
