Disable web access on softphones

I don't want people to go to the ip address of softphones and get certian info. Can this be done? I treid to crate a new device profile for it and still don't see the options to disable it

Hi,

you can disable the settings access by going to the phone page in callmanager and scroll down to Product Specific Configuration Layout and then under the settings access, you can choose diable. This will block access to see any of the callmanager ip address and config etc

For the directories, you can easily type in a wrong directory in the directory url on the phone, wo when the directory button is pressed, the user cant see the corporate directory.

eh in the directory url, type in http://no access/
