Disabling New Call button on phone

Hello,

i need to configure phone to work only on incoming calls. Main trouble is with button "New call" - couldn't delete it from softkey. When employee press it, and incoming call is coming - the phone is in busy mode. 

how to make this feature "setting phone to busy mode by new call button" unavailable to employee?

Hi

- To prevent outbound calls, you can apply a CSS that does not permit outdialling

- To prevent 'busy' tone on inbound, you can configure the max calls/busy trigger numbers.
