Disabling ringback on Cisco Gateway

Let me rephrase this...

I am wanting to do a silent off-net transfer to another number going to a contact center, so I need to disable the ringback going outbound to the PSTN via a pots dial peer on an H.323 connected voice gateway.

If I understand correctly, the transfer to number (contact center) is off-Net. In this case, on the outgoing dialpeer matching the transfer to number apply this command 'progress_ind alert enable 0'
