I am having an issue with several Call Centers Agents within ma company mutting the calls by pressing the mute button while talking to Customers on Outbound Calls.
I am looking for a way to disable totally the functionality of the "mute" button on their Cisco IP Phones.
Is Cisco allowing that kind of operation to be done on the Cisco Communications Manager? I am using CUCM 8.5. Please assist.
No, CUCM has no way to disable the mute button on phones..
