Disaster Recovery issue

I have a cucm 9.1.2 and

I have my own server to save my backups , sometimes when I try to make a backup I  recive a message that only 70 % has been saved,  30 and sometimes my services turn off.

initially we believe our cucm had a overload or our server was unreachable, but none of these .

Even some nights we have tried to make a backup and occurs the same situation.

Our  cucm  is a suscriber with no more than 300 users

the problem is that our cucm can make backups, but sometimes occurs this issue.

Can you please set logs for DRF Master and Local service from Cisco Unified Serviceability page. Take 1-2 manual backups and provide these logs for that timestamp from RTMT Tool.

Let's see what is happening.

Suggest checking the NTP status as well on PUB and SUB using utils ntp status from CLI.
