You will need to configure softkeys for that. From memory, for ring out state,  you can configure either:

DND: Do not disturb soft key and press this button to turn the ringer off.  But this will apply to all calls until you press the DND button again and turn it off.

Refer here for details: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/6_1_1/ccmfeat/cmfsgd611/fsdnd.html

iDivert: You can configure idivert softkey button to divert calls to voicemail. If you dont want to accept any particular call just press idivert button and call is sent to voicemail.

Thanks for response. I think only second option (iDivert) is somewhat answer to my query. Because I wanted to disconnect a call without receiving and DND option will not do this except turning off the ringer.

No worries you can use whichever suits your requirements.

There is an option in call manager where we can select to call reject when DnD is enabled.

Goto Device > phone > Do not Disturb  > DnD Option and select call reject. that may help you with this.

I have tried this only with call manager version 12.
