Disconnect Call bettewen CUCME CUBE and PABX

Hi,

I have a CUCM integrated with CUBE (2800 Router) via SIP.

The Cube is integrated via SIP with an IP PBX and CUCME

When I switch between the PBX and CUCME, no matter which direction after a minute and thirty seconds the call is disconnected.

Anyone have any idea what might be. Follow the Annex to show runn the CUBE and CUBE in debug ccsip.

Hi again...I have looked at your logs..

CUBE is disconnecting the call because of an error in its software. CUBE is saying that its unable to send options ping and then tears down the call.

+=CUBE then sends invite to CCME gateway+++++++

Pay attentyion to the FROM field...The from field should be @the ip address of CUBE

e.g sip:7979991@10.248.199.4

But from the invite its showing as if the call is originating from the PBX inside of CUBE..thats not right.

I suggest you upgrade the IOS on the CUBE gateway and test again.

Can I also ask what were you doing when the call dropped? Did you put the call on hold or tranfer or what?

did you add the command I suggested...

midcall signalling-passthru

Hi,

First of all, I am nit sure which debugs you turned on, because all  I see in the debugs are options messages. I dont see wnay actuall call transacions..

Second thing is I can see from your config that you dont have a session referesher configured...This may not be the cause of this issue, but it will cause other issues in the future..so please add this..

voice service voip

sip

midcall-signaling passthru

Do another test and send..

debug ccsip messages

Hi,

Sorry by post.

Today I did some test between CUCME --> CUBE --> PABX and I collected some logs to. I enabled the following debugs.

CUBE -->    Debug ccsip all, show runn

CUCME --> Debug ccsip all and Debug voice ccapi inout and show runn

After the call is connected it disconnect after one minute and thirty seconds (Both direction). I'am analyzing debugs but I'm not find a problem. Someone could help me please.

You're right about the debug. I took the command options-ping 60 within the voice service voip, sip. After taken the command the calls not more disconnected.
