Disk/logging full

Hi

 

We have a customer where we have this error: log4j:ERROR Failed to flush writer

And we see:

Disk/active 14154188K 1177904K 12814772K (92%)
Disk/inactive 14154188K 899256K 13093420K (94%)
Disk/logging 49573456K 0K 49557072K (100%)

So the problem is with the common partition

I tried to execute the disk clean program from Cisco, but I have some issues installing it, we check this

The biggest file is:iotop.log

Is there a way to delete this file?

We already did a reload but nothing changed

Hi mate, How did you go with this iotop.log file. Did you manage to delete this file without impact to CUCM?

Hi,

You can use command via SSH : file delete activelog platform/log/iotop.log. I had the same issue with you.

I'm also having this issue and am going to delete the iotop.log file.  Can this safely be done during the day or should it be done during a maintenance window? Is a reboot required?
