I'm looking for a way to display a name on an phone rather than the calling number for a small number of incoming PSTN calls.
For example an incoming call from 1234567898 would display as Joe's Pizza, a call from 987654321 would display as Downtown Office etc
All the calling numbers for this facility are known, calls from other PSTN numbers would display as normal on the phone
I'm using CM 7.1.5.
Any ideas?
Thanks

This is often asked, had you searched before.
With CM alone, there is no way (hard to believe, I know). For the purpose, you can acquire my script "number to name" at www.ciscoscripts.com.

Thanks.
I have a Cisco 2901 router, IOS 15.x, H323, E1 PSTN connection.
Is this script compatible?

Or you can use some 3rd party solutions - you are looking for something that is called CLID/CLIP (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caller_ID). You can try some of these:
