Hi Sankar,
Can you try the following
1) Bulk Administration > Phones > Export Phones > All Details
2) Select the Device type > export file name in the File Name text box > Job Description - Run immediately.
3) You can monitor the Job scheduled in Bulk Administration > Job Scheduler. Once this is completed.
4) Download the file - Bulk Administration > Upload/Download Files to download the exported contents
5) In the file to change the primary line number, please change the field for "Directory Number 1" for the phones you wish to change. Once the modification is done please save the file in txt format.
6) Upload the modified file - Bulk Administration > Upload/Download
Files to upload the changed contents
a) Select the Target = Phones
b) Select Transaction Type Insert Phones - All Details
5) Bulk Administration > Phones > Insert Phones
a) Select the radio button for Insert Phones All Details and select
the file name to be merged
b) Check the override the existing configuration checkbox
