DN to DID

CUCM 11.5.  I have a phone with a DN but the user is now in need of a DID.  If I put the DID directly on her phone is there a way to still route internal calls to her old internal DN to her phone?

You can use a translation pattern to map her old DN and translate to the new 10 digit DID extension.

By far the easiest way to do this, is put the "old internal extension" on the phone's line configuration as an alternate extension.
