DND button

Hi all,

I have installed a UC520, it works fine, but if I press DND softkey does not occur nothing.

Why? Which could be the problem?

Hi Augusto,

Does the phone have any overlayed or shared lines configured? If so then it will not work.

Try the following:

UC520(config)#telephony-service

UC520(config-telephony)#hunt-group logout hLog
