I have a customer that wants internal extensions to be in the range from 000 to 099, and use 9 for PSTN access. I have never had custs with 000 numbers and although it should work, I am affraid that we might bump into some "undocumented features". So does someone have such customers and can share some experience?
Thanks,
Stoyan

The only issues with leading-zero directory numbers are if you're using Auto Registration. Otherwise UC Manager deals with them just fine.

Hi Stoyan,,
On our Student Residence CUCM setup we ended up with the DID range
nnx-nxx-0000 to 0999 which we used as user extensions as well. This did not
cause any issues other than not being able to use 0 for the Operator
Cheers!

Thanks for the info guys! Yet, it seems too strange of a requirement...
