When I dial STD/ISD number from EX90/EX60, it does not ask for the Force Authorization Code, as a result, call does not mature.
Is FAC supported to EX90/EX60? If yes, is there any different configuration that is to be done?
I have activated FAC in STD/ISD route patterns and are used by all the other phones in the organization.
The problem is only with EX90 and EX60.
Any resolution on this?
Hi. This was posted almost 2-years ago without answering and I have the same question. Does EX90 with latest TC and registered with CUCM running 9.1 supports FAC? We have tested in a customer a call from an EX90 and it doesn't provide FAC tone in order to input the fac code.
I found on CUCM 9.1 release notes that said that FAC / CMC are supported on Cisco Unified IP Phones running SCCP / SIP and MGCP FXS Ports. But what about Telepresence Endpoints like EX90/EX60?
Please advise.
