Hello All
It is possible to patch cucm remotely via a webex connection?.
If so, can someone direct me to documentation on how to do this and what software clients I will need e.g vsphere client.
I have never ever done this before so will need some hand holding.
Thanks
Feisal

There is no documentation about doing this.
And all you need is the FTP/SFTP server where the upgrade/patch file is and access to the OS admin. Assuming you want to do this via a webex session, just gain control of the pc which has access to the CUCM server to open the OS admin.
Other than that, there's no difference, just use the wizard to install the patch.
If you haven't, review the OS admin guide for how to install patches/upgrades, available on CCO, and then come back with further questions.
You can also search CSC, plenty of threads on how to upgrade a server.
