When a call comes to 3905 phone, speaker should be enabled first, then we need to scroll down to get the option "Call pickup". Is it possible to set a short code for call pickup in Cisco 3905 IP phone?

It is by design, you can not change it natively in cucm.

One more query. Is it possible to configure speed dial or abbreviated dialing in 3905 IP phones. I am using CUCM 10.5 version.
