 Hello,

I'm new the Cisco community. I'm a visually impaired user. I got CP-8861-3PCC due to it's voice feedback feature. It works as I expected, awesome!

I'd like to adjust my handset rest according to user manual; however it seems that my device does not have the plastic tab to pull. So how can I understand is it missing or I can not touch with my finger?
I'll try to share some images in the post of my unit. Could you help me please?

Thank you.

If you mean page 21 from this doc, it explains how to do it, you need to push up the little plastic piece at the bottom of the cradle, flip it 180 degrees and then put it back into place. There piece is right there in the pictures your posted. It might be a bit hard to get it out, so get something like a flat screwdriver to push it up if you cannot do it with your hands.
