Does shoretel ip phone support CUCM using SIP

can anybody pls tell me, does shoretel ip phone support CUCM using SIP.

Hi Nikesh,

CUCM support SIP V2.0, If Shortel follow the SIP V2.0 standard it should work. Just remember Cisco will not give you support with this kind of phone.

Thanks for your support. the problem is shoretel only support ftp, cisco only support tftp as per my understanding. shoretel keep on tring for FTP server to get config files, firmware.

I doubt Shortel use the same Cisco file to setup their phone but you can try running a ftp server to load the configuration.
