Does Single Number Reach work to landlines

Has anyone set up Single Number Reach to a landline?  Is it designed to only work with mobile phones?

You can set any destination number for SNR. It doesn’t have any relation to mobile numbers. The one restriction that is specifically stated in documentation is that the destination number is not allowed to be an internal directory number. Even if technically it would actually work, although it’s important to understand that this is not supported.

Thank you for the reply, this is good to know.  I couldn't even get it to work, so we resorted to forwarding it for the customer instead.

thanks again!

One thing to note is that calls to the destination number would use the reroute CSS. So it’s required that this can route to the number that you set as the destination for SNR.
