Hi
I am trying to get documentation that states BE4K supports Jabber phone only. All documents I have come across only states ATA,7800 and 8800 is supported I have heard and seen on forum that jabber is supported phone only.

Thanks Jaime,
just had to make sure because there is a video where the guys sound quite convincing and they said they are working on support forJabber because its a SIP phone essentially at the 30:30 minute mark : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoR0G03xE2I
I also came across this mislead post in the forum https://community.cisco.com/t5/ip-telephony-and-phones/be4000-softphone-support/td-p/3399800
But with no official documentation I took it with a grain of salt as everything I read does not have reference to jabber at all.

If you want to know about the roadmap for future endpoints/enhancements to the BE4K you would need to do via your SE/AM as that information is NDA, you can ask specifically about Jabber.

Hello Dwane,
In addition to Java's reply, you may also check the following post that includes useful info about BE4K.
