Hello,
Does anyone knows If the Cisco 3925 Supports a VIC3-4FXS/DID and a VIC2-4FXO without the SM-NM-ADPTR adapter?
Thanks

You do not need any adapter for these cars, see compatibility:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/routers/2900-series-integrated-services-routers-isr/relevant-interfaces-and-modules.html
In fact the SM-NM-ADPTR is for PVDM2 chips to be insertable into 29/39XX routers and not for any voice cards.
If your question was about wether you require PVDMs then the answer is absolutely, you should get PVDM3 for any TDM based cards.
