Doubts about "Attendant Consoles"

Hi all,

I wonder if someone could help me with the following doubts regarding Cisco's Business Attendant Console and Department Attendant Console.

I've been reading datasheets and Q&A's but couldn't find what I needed to know.

- Is it possible to upgrade from Department Attendant Console to the Business Attendant Console? Is there something like an upgrade part number or I'd have to buy the whole new software?

- Regarding the amount of IP Phones supported (150 on the Department AC x 500 on the Business AC), how does the software counts this? It would be 150 physical devices or 150 DN's ?

Thanks in advice.

Best regards,

Guilherme

There is no upgrade SKU.

The limit you are referring to is about the quantity of corporate directory records. This counts against the End Users, not physical devices. There is also a limit about the quantity of concurrent operators who can log in. Don't forget about that one.
