Doubts on Cisco Extension Mobility and Attendant Console----Please

Would anybody explain Extension Mobility and Attendant Console in detail. This is used extensively in the clusters we are managing across the globe. It would be of great help. Also, I am interested to know information about which version/s of CUCM have support for these.

The features and services guide for CUCM contains all you need to know about EM, as for AC, there's a whole site that has the ACs documentation. All that is on cisco.com if you simply search for it, you should start by reading that, and after reading it, THEN, you can come back if you have specific questions.
