Download CUCM COP file

Dears,

I want to upgrade my backup CUCM Server from 8.5 --->9.1 and therefore I need (ciscocm.refresh_upgrade_v1.3.cop) file which is already installed on my ACTIVE CUCM server.

I was wondering if there is any way to download files in the CUCM server to my pc via TFTP or any protocol ?

No, that's not possible.

You can download the latest version of that file from Cisco.com. As of today version 1.8 is the latest.
