Downloading IP Communicator

Does everybody tend to download this from the following link??

when I try it I get this message..

Im a registered user.. Is it down or is there another location I can get it from?

Remember registered is not enough to download.

You need a service contract (aka smartnet) associated to your profile for download privileges.
