DPA Port Down

We are running CUCM 11 connected to two DPA 7630.  Some of the ports on the DPA are showing Down.  How can we troubleshoot why this is?

Hi,

You can collect the output of the following commands from your 7600:

Show Tech

Show Logging 

Also,  what kind of device is connected to that Ethernet interface , try changing port settings on DPA connected switch to auto negotiate.

Getting the code on DPA 7630 to the latest version is also recommended.
