DRS Restore Error

Hello all,

I'm attempting a DRS restore from a physical CUCM publisher node to a virtual CUCM publisher node. I made sure hostname, IP address and versions match. However, I am getting an error when its restoring the CCMDB component. I've attached the log since it might be too long to post.

The DRS restore completes and tells me to restart to apply the changes but I see no devices in CUCM. Not sure what to do or where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Randy,

Can u cross-check the DNS/NTP settings in new CUCM server 8.0.3.23900.5 ?

 

Also, try restarting new server and then,restore.

My DNS settings did not match. Once I corrected it, DRS restore was successful.
