DSP Resources not registering with CUCM

I have conffigured my dspfarms and profiles for Transcoding and Conferencing.  I have added them to CUCM, yet they do not register.  They remain in the:

Association in Progess state.

Any help would be great...

Are the resource names the same in IOS and CUCM?

Have you tried a shut/no shut of the dspfarm profiles?

or a no sccp/sccp?

Found it.

Had sccp local associated to the wrong interface.....

Stared at this for a while and I saw it a couple minutes after I posted here.
