Anyone seen this update ? I am not finding this on cisco download page or in the CCM DST field notices and am seeing it on a system that called in problems.

Im not able to find that either.
From history.log u get that line?

Yes, that line is from the history.log on the server.
I searched the customers HD for it and can't find the .exe , but did find the uninstaller exe file which has a similar filename and did find a install log that looks like other cisco install logs and is same folder as other cisco install logs.
But I am also not seeing the OS DST patches in the history.log either, and so far have not been able to get hold of the customer since they reported the ticket to find out what they exactly did or such either. I'm thinking they did some thing manually because the server has the right time and DST checkbox is still checked.

The only thing I can find , is a file in the C:\esbackout folder called
uninstCisco Unified CallManager 4.0(2a), 4.1(2), 4.1(3), 4.2(1)2007-DST-Update.1-0-2.exe

If they are running 4.0(2) there was no update, only a manual workaround from all I have read/seen through the cisco page and outside forums.
Unless you are talking about
ciscocm.4-0-2a-2007-DST-Update.1-0-1.exe

FYI,
The "Ciscocm-4-02a-2007-DST-Update.1-0-1.exe" they applied turns out to be Cisco Unified CallManager 4.0(2a) , 4.1(2), 4.1(3), 4.2(1) 2007-DST-Update.1-0-2." after installed.

So is the database patch Ciscocm-4-02a-2007-DST-Update.1-0-1.exe not working correctly?

It is, but they initially had issues and I coudln't find this patch they applied where name covered multiple versions and was version 1-0-2.
