We created a Directory Number and forwarded all the calls to an 855 number.
I configured a route pattern pointing to the PRI port; we are able to call the Directory Number from internal phones and from the outside, calls get forwarded to the 855 number, but the DTMF doesn’t seem to be working because the telephone’s buttons are not recognized as options when pressed. This ISR with the PRI service is configured with MGCP service in our Call Manager.
I would like help to get this ISR with the PRI service configured properly with DTMF.
We’re currently on CUCM 11.5 with one publisher and two subscribers
We have three ISRs, one of them with both SIP trunks and PRIs services.

I am new to this organization, and I am still learning their setup.
Any help and guidance is greatly appreciated.
Please let me know what other information is required to help me solve this issue.
Thanks again.

The gateway does have the following commands present.
Call Managers are entered by hostname instead of IP Address.
And in this order, not sure the order the commands were entered make a difference or not.
ccm-manager config server ccm3.organization.com ccm1.organization.com ccm2.orginization.com
ccm-manager config
The gateway also has 1 of 2 commands mentioned on # 4 on the link provided.
The link mentions mgcp package-capability fm-package & mgcp package-capability dtmf-package
I have mgcp package-capability mf-package, it also mgcp package-capability fm-package, but does not have mgcp package-capabilitiy dtmf-package.
If the ccm-manager config… commands enables XLM configuration to be downloaded from CUCM; what settings should I set the “Type of DTMF Relay” on the Gateway Configuration page?
It is currently set to “Current GW Config”.
Making changes on the Gateway Configuration, would that reset the gateway or drop active calls?
Same gateway is used by a fax server too.
Thanks,
Art Martinez
