DTMF does not function properly

Hi

We have CUCM and UCCX telephony system and on our IVR we have DTMF problem. some times the number that is entered can be recognized and some times can't. I have set dtmf on my dial peers.

How can I solve the problem?

Hello,

 

Can you post the correspoding dial-peers' configuration? Are you using dtmf-relay sip-notify or rtp-nte?

Its worth trying the 'debug ccsip all' and check whether 'negotiated dtmf relay' exists on each leg to confirm that rtp-nte is negotiated.

Yes, I have set dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric sip-notify rtp-nte cisco-rtp for my dial peers. The output of the command "debug ccsip all" the Negotiated DTMF relay contains  rtp-nte
