hi everybody,
i have a problem with dtmf and cisco 2811 as voice-gateway,
SIP-Trunk-Telco >> 2811 >> CUCM >> CUC(IVR)
when i call our number which is 54878787, call goes through 2811 to IVR and i hear IVR-Voice-Message,
but i can not input any number, every number i press, nothing happens,
i defined number 1 for transfer to accounting unit, number 2 for sales and etc.. in CUC-IVR-Call Handler,
it woks when i dial IVR-Number from ip-phone in local and through CUCM,
but DTMF not working from outside in telco when its pass through 2811,
i write this dial-peer for it:
dial-peer voice 6 voip
destination-pattern 54878787
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:192.168.138.103
dtmf-relay rtp-nte sip-kpml sip-notify
codec g711ulaw
no vad
also put this command in dial-peer:
dtmf-relay rtp-nte sip-kpml sip-notify
but dtfm not working
i attached this files to the post, for more info:
debug ccsip message
debug voip rtp
sh run
sh inv
sh ver
dir flash
please view attachments and help me if you can
thanks

At first glance it appears there is an IPVMSA MTP being invoked. Remove the MTP from the mix and you’ll likely be fine; CUC supports RFC2833 natively.
PS- You don’t need sip-notify, nothing on CUCM uses it. “dtmf-relay rtp-nte sip-kpml” is the typical command I use.

dtmf-relay rtp-nte
Just put above command in you VoIP Dial-Peer.
Thanks,

@shazeb051 You also want to include KPML so CUCM can request OOB DTMF for devices that lack RFC2833 support without needing an MTP. An example of this is any CTI application such as CCX.
Using an MTP should always be avoided if possible but another common gotcha is that an IPVMSA software MTP running on CUCM is not capable DTMF interworking support. Only an IOS Enhanced MTP, software or hardware, is capable of providing that.
