iam currently working on SIP trunk issue....one of our customer has sip trunk configured and all there call are routed out by our arsterisk sip server....issue we have got is if the customer calls IVR or conf his dtmf woks fine....but if someone conf in or dial cust IVR there DTMF is not working....so if i pick up phone on cust site and dial out office number i will get all the options and wwhen i choose i will be forwarded to right team....but if i called cus from office or mobi i will conf in fine but when i press hash key it wont work ...i have run some captures and found i do send hash to customer he receieve it but out band rfc 2833 not inband...weird thing is our platform doesnt support outband only inband....but packet capture show hash symbol and rfc 2833....can some one point in right direction........thanks
