DTMF payload type 100

My provider is sending me payload type 100.  I would like to change it to 101 within the CUBE.  is there away of doing this as I am having issues with dtmf when trying to pass digits.

I would suggest to have a look at the DTMF Relay Document and try voice-class sip asymmetric payload dtmf
