dual line in cisco call manager 4.1

Hi everybody,

How can i configure the dual line for one extension in call manager 4.1, i  need to be able to receive two call in the same extension.

Hi Faycal,

If you go the phone in question via ccmadmin and check the DN config

page down towards the bottom of the page there is a setting;

Multiple Call / Call Waiting Settings

Maximum Number of Calls = (set to 4)

Busy Trigger = (set to 2)

Set these to 4 & 2 respectively and you will be able to receive 2 calls

on this number
