Hello,
We have recently upgrade our DX 650 fleet to the latest firmware 10.2.507SR3 and we are having users reporting random behavior ranging from
- Calls not disconnecting once complete ( with either Hangup physical or softkey)
- Calls disconnecting after a delay of 5-10 seconds after pressing Hangup
- Physical / Soft Keyboard working intermittently
Resetting / Rebooting the phone seems to fix this sometimes but is not a permanent fix.
Any one else experience this or have any solutions?
